So... why am I running for Council?

 

I moved to Mackay almost 40 years ago, so I am getting close to being a local. I am married with two children and I am passionate about my kids growing up in a close knit community that supports growth, development, education and innovation. 

 

My life experience allows for a broad perspective on all issues and my determination to succeed and get things done would make me a great asset to Council. I have listened to people around me and I am committed to championing their issues and really pushing to get results. 

 

I truly believe that I can make a difference. That is my motivation to run for Council in 2016. Belbin for better!
